Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise in original packaging, and we will gladly refund your purchase price (minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping fee) if you are not satisfied with any product you purchase. Customers are responsible for freight. Merchandise must be in the same condition as received unless the item is Dead On Arrival (DOA). Please contact us for an authorization number. Authorization must be obtained to insure credit will be given.

Please enclose a copy of your original invoice. RETURNS MADE AFTER 30 DAYS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Refunds:
Authorizations is required on all returns. Please contact our customer service department for details.

• After receiving the merchandise, it will take up to 4 weeks to receive your refund check.
• For credit card payment and payment had been claimed, a refund check will be issued and sent under separate cover.
• Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a refund check sent under separate cover.
• For PayPal Credit Card payment, the payment transaction will be refunded via PayPal system.
• For PayPal payment, the payment will be refuned back to sender via PalPal system.

Exchanges:
SORRY, NO EXCHANGES. Please refund the item, and re-order the item via online.

Shipping Policies

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday, pending availability of merchandise.
• Orders placed after 4:00pm PST will be processed the following business day.
• Orders generally are initiated in pending status and will normally ship in 2 - 4 business days.
• Senseio.org will choose one of the best shipping providers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL to delivery package.
• Time in transit varies by the shipping method chosen and the location of the shipping address. Generally turn around time is 1 to 6 days depending on the shipping method.
• Senseio.org will notify orderer of any out-of-stock items or any long delays in shipping.
• Shipping rates are quoted in the following rules:
  • $4.00 for the 1st book
  • Add $1.00 for each additional book
  • Free shipping for orders over $100.00 USD (lower 48 states only)
  • If the product item is a set, the value of Books per Set will be used to calculate fees

International Orders

At this point Senseio.org only accepts orders shipping to U.S. (lower 48 states) via online directly.
